sale4me lets people publish and browse classified ads. Sales happen directly between buyer and seller: sale4me is not a party to them and does not guarantee items, prices or payments.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older, give correct details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

3. Your ads

Ads must be true, legal in Kuwait, and in the right section, with real photos of the item.
Not allowed: illegal or dangerous items, counterfeit goods, adult content, misleading or duplicate ads, and other people's personal data.
Every ad is reviewed; we may refuse, edit the category of, or remove any ad that breaks these rules.

4. Photos

You confirm that you own the photos and videos you upload or have the right to use them. You allow sale4me to show them, resize them, add its logo, and remove other websites' logos from them.

5. Responsibility

Meet in safe places, inspect items before paying, and never send money in advance to people you do not know. sale4me is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
